You must meet the eligibility requirements and agree to the following in order to proceed with the casting process.

1. You must be at least 21 years of age.

2. You must be a US citizen, or legal resident of the United States, and live in the United States.

3. You must be willing to have an on camera interview at a date to be agreed during May or June 2005 (or at a later date to be agreed with the Producers).

4. If you are selected to be interviewed you will be sent a more detailed application package with a submission deadline. Applications will only be considered if they are complete. The application package will include:

• Application form
• A signed consent and release
• Copy or proof of valid US passport (or proof of having applied for issuance or renewal of such).

5. If you are selected to be on the show the Producers will conduct thorough investigations into your background and personal history.

6. If you are selected to be on the show, you must be willing submit to physical and psychological examinations to be conducted by medical professionals selected by the Producers and meet all physical and psychological requirements.

7. Employees, officers, directors and agents of Lifetime Entertainment Services, Optomen Productions, and/or of any of their respective licensees, parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies and the immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son regardless of where they live) or members of their same households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers, directors and agents are not eligible to be on the show or participate in the selection process. Participants on other TV shows that have aired within the last five years, or will air, are also not eligible to participate.

8. The casting search will focus primarily on couples living in California, Nevada, New England and the Mid-Atlantic states; however, all submissions are welcome and will be considered.

9. The selection will be made by Optomen Productions Inc. in their sole discretion.
